Rethinking the approach to teaching STEM subjects

Ghanaian students are fleeing from the study of STEM. If Ghana is to keep pace with the rapid rate of world development, this trend needs to be reversed and here are a few ways to do so.

We are also reminded of the story of Richard Appiah Akoto earlier this year, as a tribute to the sheer dedication and ingenuity of many of Ghana’s teachers without the resources or equipment they need.

Teaching kids how to use a computer is hard enough already, but doing it without any computers is unimaginable.
